About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Senior Counsellor – Overseas Education to guide students through every stage of their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate should have robust counselling, communication, and conversion skills with in-depth knowledge of international admissions and visa processes. Similar roles typically involve end-to-end student guidance, application support, and admissions management.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on study prospects in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Recent Zealand, Ireland, and Europe.
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses.
Provide end-to-end support for admissions, documentation, visa applications, and pre-departure guidance.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful enrollments.
Build and maintain relationships with universities and education partners.
Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring excellent student satisfaction.
Mentor junior counsellors and support team performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
