Hiring: Operations Manager – Wedding Industry

Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of wedding projects.
Coordinate with photographers, cinematographers, editors, and clients.
Plan shoot schedules, team allocation, and logistics.
Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Manage vendor coordination and operational workflow.
Resolve on-ground challenges during weddings and events.
Maintain quality standards and improve team efficiency.
Prepare operational reports and support business growth.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in operations, event management, or the wedding industry preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel for wedding assignments when required.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience and performance).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
