We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations and create a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Handle courier, dispatch, and document management.
Support management with routine administrative work.

Employee Coordination
Assist employees with day-to-day office-related queries.
Coordinate internal communication and announcements.
Help maintain a positive and organized workplace.

Event Coordination
Organize office celebrations, team events, birthdays, and festivals.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and company activities.

General Support
Maintain office records and basic documentation.




Coordinate with HR and management whenever required.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
Robust people management and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in Business Administration (BBA), B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., or any equivalent bachelor's degree.

Preferred Candidate
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Administration, or Customer Support.
Presentable and qualified in appearance.
Comfortable interacting with clients, visitors, and employees.
Eager to learn and grow in an office administration role.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
