Site Supervision
Supervise daily civil construction activities.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance.
Allocate daily work to labour and subcontractors.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Quality Control
Check quality of concrete, brickwork, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Verify dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship.
Ensure all work complies with company quality standards.
Report defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Material Management
Monitor receipt and proper storage of construction materials.
Prevent material wastage.
Maintain daily records of material consumption.
Coordinate with the purchase/store department for material requirements.

Labour Management
Supervise skilled and unskilled labour.
Maintain labour attendance records.
Ensure discipline and productivity at the site.
Resolve day-to-day site issues.

Safety & Compliance
Ensure workers use proper PPE.
Enforce all safety regulations.




Report accidents or unsafe conditions immediately.
Maintain a clean and protected work setting.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site progress reports.
Record manpower deployment and completed work.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Coordination
Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, fabrication, and mechanical teams.
Attend project review meetings.
Ensure smooth workflow among all departments.

Required Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
ITI or relevant civil construction experience may also be considered.

Experience
3–8 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
Experience in industrial buildings, poultry farms, hatcheries, warehouses, factories, or commercial projects will be preferred.
