P&L; and Strategy: Manage profit and loss, set annual budgets, and drive strategic sales plans for retail or B2B segments.
Sales & Expansion: Oversee store networks or wholesale channels, launch recent markets, and scale high-value client acquisition.
Operations & Inventory: Monitor stock movement, high-value inventory security, and compliance with hallmarking and local trade regulations.
Team Leadership: Guide regional managers, showroom heads, and sales teams to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) like footfall conversion and average ticket size.

Key Requirements
Experience: 8 to 15 years of senior leadership experience in jewellery retail, manufacturing, or luxury consumer goods.
Skills: Solid financial acumen, high-net-worth (HNI) client handling, and deep knowledge of gold, diamond, or gemstone markets.
Education: MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
