Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2 years of skilled experience as a UI/UX Designer, Frontend Developer, or WordPress Specialist. Freshers with valuable technical knowledge in this field can also apply.
Design Toolkit: Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Frontend Web Skills: Solid proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and responsive grid frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind).
WordPress Expertise: Proven experience with page builders (Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg), custom post types, and advanced plugin management.
Mobile Context: Deep understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design principles.
Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in IT ,manufacturing, engineering, solar/clean energy, or construction sectors is highly preferred.
UI/UX Design & Prototyping
Create Visual Assets: Design user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Simplify Complex Workflows: Translate complex industrial data (e.g., solar energy metrics,



fire equipment telemetry) into clean, visual dashboards.
Maintain Design Systems: Build and enforce a consistent component library and visual identity across all platforms.
Mobile Application Frontend Design
Mobile-First Interfaces: Lead the UI/UX architecture for iOS and Android mobile apps targeted at field operations and client monitoring.
Developer Hand-Off: Deliver clean design specs, assets, and styling guidelines to cross-platform mobile app developers.
Iterative Testing: Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback from the field, and continuously optimize navigation and layouts.
WordPress Development & Maintenance
Website Management: Build, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites, landing pages, and product catalogs.
Custom Customization: Implement custom CSS/JS and modify themes or plugins to enhance site utility without sacrificing speed.
