Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections.
Explain product features, pricing, purity, and ongoing offers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Maintain visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards.
Assist with stock handling, inventory management, and daily showroom operations.
Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications
HSC (+2), ITI, Diploma,



or Any Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience in retail or jewellery sales is an added advantage.

Skills Required
Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
Basic English communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and relationship-building ability.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
