About the Role

Roswalt Realty is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director – Buildcon. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual who can manage executive schedules, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, handle confidential information, and assist with government and statutory liaison activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule.
Coordinate domestic travel, site visits, and executive logistics.
Draft emails, letters, meeting notes, and official correspondence.
Coordinate with government authorities and statutory bodies for approvals and documentation.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Maintain confidential records, files, and executive documentation.
Represent the Director professionally during meetings and external interactions.




Coordinate with senior leadership, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Director's office.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for professionals with:
Experience managing complex calendars and executive schedules.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating with government or statutory authorities is highly preferred.
Solid organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Willingness to travel within Mumbai as required and work a 6-day week.
