Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Training Executive to support the Learning & Development team in planning, coordinating, and executing employee training programs. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about employee learning, training coordination, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule induction and training programs.
Prepare training calendars, attendance sheets, and training materials.
Arrange training venues, meeting links, and other logistics.
Maintain training records, trackers, and employee learning data.
Assist trainers during classroom and virtual training sessions.
Collect and compile training feedback from participants.
Prepare training reports and MIS using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with department heads regarding training nominations.
Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
Ensure training documentation is maintained accurately and on time.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.




Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Sheets.
Willingness to travel, if required.
