JOB ROLE_
Customer Relationship Executive - Outbound & Inbound*
Role: Call the customers and explain about TallyPrime/ERP 9 licenses and AMC to recent + existing customer
Key Duties:
Inbound: Handle calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp/email inquiries. Do product demos.
Outbound: Cold call, visit CA firms & SMEs to generate leads and close sales.
Meet monthly sales targets for licenses, upgrades, and renewals.
Coordinate installation, training, and basic support.
Requirements:
Graduate. Basic accounting + Tally knowledge.
Valuable communication in English + Telugu/Hindi.
Bcom or Any Graduates can apply
Skils_ Tally knowledge.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
