Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure accurate maintenance of the General Ledger, including timely and accurate recording of all financial

transactions.
Review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Review balance sheet schedules and ensure timely closure of all accounts.
Oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash

Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Notes to Accounts.
Develop and manage the monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial performance dashboards

for senior leadership.
Perform financial variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, providing actionable insights to

management.
Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities throughout the audit

lifecycle.




Prepare audit schedules, lead schedules, supporting documentation, and statutory disclosures required for statutory,

internal, tax, and group audits.
Review audit observations and implement corrective actions to strengthen financial controls and compliance.
Ensure timely submission of audited financial statements and regulatory filings.
Maintain complete audit documentation and ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and corporate

governance requirements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the financial close process, reduce close cycle time, and enhance

reporting accuracy through process automation and ERP optimization.
Accounts Payable (AP)
Oversee vendor invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
Ensure timely vendor payments, managing payment runs and processing.
Review payment proposals and obtain necessary approvals.
