Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payment entries.
Prepare and maintain cash books, ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Generate invoices and follow up on customer payments.
Prepare monthly financial reports, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filing.




Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support management with budgeting, MIS reports, and financial analysis.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.
1–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with good knowledge can also apply).
Knowledge of Tally Prime, Busy, or similar accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Valuable communication and organizational abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
