Job Title : Document Controller

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain engineering and business documents in accordance with document control standards and governance.
Ensure documents are properly formatted, numbered, version-controlled, and maintained within the Document Management System (DMS).
Receive, process, distribute, track, and archive controlled documents as per approved procedures and service level agreements.
Generate and distribute document control reports, status updates, and management reports.
Monitor document quality, compliance, and integrity within the centralized document repository.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day document management activities and operational objectives.
Maintain document registers, revision history, and controlled hardcopy records where required.
Ensure timely document retrieval, accessibility, and secure storage.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to document control and information management processes.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with organizational documentation standards.

Requisites
Bachelor//'s degree in Engineering, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Robust knowledge of Document Control processes, Information Management, and Document Management Systems (DMS).
Hands-on experience in document lifecycle management, revision control, document numbering, and collaboration tools.
Familiarity with engineering documentation, standards, procedures, work instructions, forms, and templates.
Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple document workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and ensure adherence to document governance standards.
