Roles and responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for KYC initiatives through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and business process documentation.
Collaborate with Business, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and support solution design for KYC onboarding, CDD, EDD, remediation, and periodic review processes.
Coordinate UAT planning, test case preparation, defect tracking, and ensure successful project implementation.
Support project delivery using Agile/Waterfall methodologies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards.
