What you'll work on
Help collect and organize data from internal tools
Build straightforward dashboards and recurring reports tracking key metrics




Spot basic trends and patterns to support team decisions
Assist ops, growth, and product teams with data requests as needed

What we're looking for
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or Python is a bonus, not required
Curious, numbers-oriented mindset — happy to dig in and learn
Careful and organized when handling data
