Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training & development, compensation & advantages, industrial relations, and administration. The HR Manager ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining a productive and positive work workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
Prepare manpower planning in coordination with department heads.
Manage recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors for manpower requirements.
Ensure timely joining and induction of current employees.
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.




Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.
Coordinate with contractors and union representatives (if applicable).
Conduct domestic inquiries and issue warning letters, show-cause notices, and disciplinary actions.
Payroll & Attendance
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
Ensure timely salary disbursement.
Manage full and final settlements.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with:
Factories Act
Labour Codes/State Labour Laws
EPF
ESIC
Bonus Act
Gratuity Act
Minimum Wages Act
Contract Labour Act
Payment of Wages Act
Payment of Bonus Act
Coordinate statutory inspections and audits.
Performance Management
Implement KPI/KRA systems.
Conduct annual performance appraisals.
Recommend promotions, increments, and rewards.
Training & Development
Identify training needs.
Organize induction and skill development programs
