NICU Registrar / Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Location: Rising Medicare Hospital, Kharadi, Pune

Qualification: BAMS + DCH / MD Pediatrics

We are seeking a sincere, dedicated, and motivated candidate with a passion for Neonatology and Pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing round-the-clock medical care to preterm, low-birth-weight, and critically ill newborns.
Monitoring, assessing, and documenting the clinical condition of NICU patients.
Performing essential neonatal procedures including IV cannulation, blood sampling, intubation, and assisting with central line placement.
Assisting Neonatologists in the management of ventilated and critically ill neonates.
Managing CPAP, HFNC, ventilators, and other neonatal support equipment under supervision.
Participating in neonatal resuscitation and emergency stabilization of newborns.
Evaluating and managing pediatric inpatients and outpatients under consultant supervision.




Attending pediatric emergencies and assisting in the care of critically ill children.
Communicating effectively with parents regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Ensuring adherence to hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
Contributing to continuous learning and skill development in neonatal and pediatric care.

Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of NICU protocols and neonatal resuscitation
IV Cannulation and blood sampling
Neonatal Intubation
CPAP/HFNC and Ventilator Management
Basic Pediatric emergency management

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
