We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations while also supporting basic HR activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Work with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, to process transactions and generate reports.
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
Support HR-related activities such as maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and onboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting and administrative issues.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience handling both accounting and administrative/HR responsibilities.
