Job Description of Marketing – Facility Management

Responsibilities:

· Gathering leads from market & customer information & Identifying Potential customers

· Visiting potential customers for current business tie ups

· Generate business volume with valuable margin

· Developing & maintaining relationships with existing customers

· Providing quotation, negotiating terms of an agreement & closing sales

· Understanding of marketing, lead generation, and pipeline management.

· Following up with customers for timely payments

Skills Required:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.

· Basic computer skills

Requirements:

· Graduate

· Candidates from facility management is preferred

. Females preferred

· Presentable & should have go getter attitude

. Freshers are also welcome

Location: Kolkata

Salary: Lucrative salary + Incentives

Pay: ₹9,856.76 - ₹45,000.00 per month
