Job Summary :

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell EDGE Services to industrial customers. The role involves developing current business, managing existing customer accounts, understanding customer maintenance requirements, and offering value-added crane lifecycle solutions that improve reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development
Identify and develop recent business opportunities for EDGE service offerings within the assigned territory.
Generate leads through customer visits, referrals, industrial networks, and market mapping.




Build a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Service Sales

Promote and sell the complete portfolio of EDGE Services, including:
LoadEdge Load testing & certification
ShiftEdge Crane relocation & optimization
CE-Life Crane lifecycle assessment
ROMON Advanced wear monitoring
RAMON Precision rail monitoring
EMote Remote crane monitoring
TrainEdge Operator & rigging training
PaintEdge Industrial painting & corrosion protection
CleanEdge Skilled crane cleaning services
ConsultEdge Engineering assessments & technical consultancy
XtraEdge Extended warranty solutions

Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with plant maintenance teams, production heads, purchase departments, and factory management.
Understand customer challenges and recommend appropriate service solutions.
Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, and customer concerns.
