We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team in Gurgaon and manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial interviews, and interview coordination.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other employment documents.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.




Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR matters professionally.
Assist management with performance reviews and employee performance management.
Support employee engagement and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Prepare regular recruitment and HR reports for management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Experience in a digital marketing agency
