Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Catalogue Manager / Catalogue Manager to manage and optimize our online product catalogue. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce catalogue management, product listing, and data accuracy, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end product catalogue for the company website.
Create, update, and maintain product listings with 100% accuracy and completeness.
Audit product information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, attributes, and categories.
Ensure timely updates for new product launches, inventory changes, promotions, and discontinued products.




Optimize product categorization and navigation to improve product discoverability and customer experience.
Coordinate with the Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure accurate product information.
Monitor catalogue quality and resolve listing issues promptly.
Maintain consistency in product data across all digital platforms.
Generate reports and identify opportunities to improve catalogue performance and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in Catalogue Management, E-commerce Operations, or Product Listing.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS).
Solid attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and product data management.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
