We are looking for a Junior Site Supervisor to assist in overseeing interior fit-out projects and ensure smooth day-to-day site operations. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team to support timely project execution while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily site activities.
Monitor work progress and report updates to the senior team.
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other workers.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project specifications.
Check materials delivered to the site and maintain site records.
Identify and report site-related issues.
Ensure safety and cleanliness at the project site.
Attend site meetings and maintain daily progress reports.

Requirements




Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or site supervision.
Basic knowledge of interior materials and site execution.
Ability to read technical drawings is an added advantage.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Must have a two-wheeler.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
