ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an
Assistant Manager / Team Lead – Recruitment
with
8+ years of experience
in recruitment consulting, preferably in
Sales Hiring and Technical Sales Hiring
to join our dynamic team in
Pune
.
Proven experience in
bulk hiring
and managing multiple hiring requirements within defined timelines
Hands-on experience in
leading a team of at least 5–6 recruiters
, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery targets are met
Robust experience in
stakeholder management
, including understanding client requirements, setting hiring priorities, and ensuring timely closures.
Experience in handling deliveries, understanding & cascading client requirements and achieve targets
Supporting the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requested




Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles.

PRE-REQUISITES
Experience working in a
recruitment consulting/staffing environment
with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven setup
8–12 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on
Technical Sales Hiring/Sales Hiring
.
Experience in
Team Leading and/or Account Management
, with proven delivery ownership.
Strong data management skills with hands-on experience in MIS reporting and recruitment trackers.
Robust communication, coordination, and relationship management skills with clients and internal stakeholder
Energetic, accomplished and creative personnel with outstanding recruitment and management skills
