Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and complete machines using 3D CAD software.
Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.
Perform design calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, and material selection.
Develop concepts based on customer requirements and project specifications.
Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and project teams to ensure successful product development.
Support prototype development, machine assembly, testing, and commissioning.
Review designs for manufacturability, cost optimization, and ease of maintenance.
Participate in design reviews and implement engineering changes.
Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and installation.
Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, safety regulations, and company design practices.
Maintain engineering documentation and revision control.
