Job Title: School Security Officer

Summary:

A School Security Officer ensures the safety of students, staff, and school property by monitoring activities, enforcing rules, and responding to emergencies. With a background as a retired army skilled, they bring discipline, experience, and leadership to create a secure learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Patrol campus and monitor security systems.
Control access to the school and verify visitor credentials.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and conflicts.
Enforce school rules, including safety and behavior policies.
Maintain logs and prepare incident reports.
Support staff and students with safety guidance and assistance.

Qualifications:
Retired army personnel with a solid understanding of security protocols.




High school diploma (required); experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
Solid communication, conflict resolution, and emergency response skills.
Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus.

Personal Attributes:
Responsible, alert, calm under pressure, disciplined, and approachable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
