Position: Senior ICU Doctor
Department: ICU
Location: Dr. Rane Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Chembur, Mumbai

Eligibility
MBBS with minimum 1 year of ICU/Emergency/Anesthesia experience.
Preferred: Degree/Diploma/Certificate/Fellowship in Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, or Critical Care.
Valid MMC registration.

Key Responsibilities
Manage critically ill ICU patients.
Handle medical emergencies and ventilator management.
Perform/assist with ICU procedures.
Coordinate with consultants and nursing staff.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and NABH standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise and guide RMOs.
Review clinical decisions and documentation.
Conduct shift handovers.
Ensure quality patient care and protocol adherence.
Mentor junior doctors.

Skills Required
Solid clinical judgment.
Emergency and critical care management.
Leadership and team supervision.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
