Job Summary

The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for members and visitors. The role is responsible for creating an excellent customer experience, managing front desk operations, handling enquiries, converting walk-ins into memberships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day club operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience
Welcome members and visitors with a skilled and friendly attitude.
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and emails.
Address member queries and resolve concerns promptly.
Ensure every visitor receives a positive first impression.

Membership Sales
Explain membership plans, offers, and facilities.




Conduct gym tours for prospective members.
Convert walk-in and digital leads into memberships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Upsell personal training and additional services.

Front Desk Operations
Manage daily attendance and member check-ins.
Maintain accurate member records in CRM/software.
Handle billing, invoices, receipts, and payment collection.
Maintain cash and payment records as per company SOPs.
Coordinate with trainers and Club Manager for member requirements.

Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
Prepare daily reports on enquiries, walk-ins, memberships, and collections.
Maintain inventory of front desk supplies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
