Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Dehradun
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns.
Develop engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates.
Manage email lists, audience segmentation, and database hygiene.
Build and maintain automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and customer journeys.
Coordinate with design and content teams to create visually appealing email templates.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and sending times.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversions, bounce rate, and unsubscribe rate.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Identify prospects to improve campaign performance through data-driven insights.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo (Sendinblue), HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is an added advantage.
Understanding of email deliverability, spam filters, and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.
Solid written communication and copywriting skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
