You'll work directly with the Founder & Managing Director and become part of a small Senior Leadership Team responsible for shaping the future of the business. Your mission is to continually simplify the customer journey whilst building one of the worlds best digital eyewear platforms.

Ecommerce Operations

You'll own the complete e-commerce experience including:
Product uploads
Product information management
Product categorisation
Digital merchandising
Landing pages
Ecommerce photography
Lifestyle product photography
Product launches
Catalogue quality
Website content related to e-commerce

Commercial Performance





You'll own and improve:
Website Conversion Rate
Revenue per Visitor
Average Order Value
Customer Lifetime Value
Funnel optimisation
CRO
A/B testing
Customer analytics
Heat maps
Digital performance reporting

Leadership

You'll build and lead the Product & Digital function.

Working closely with:
Marketing
Technology
Customer Relations
Operations
Retail

Your role is to combine every departments feedback towards building an outstanding customer experience.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has 7+ years of experience in Product, Digital, or E-commerce functions and demonstrated the ability to build, improve and lead exceptional digital customer experiences within a quick growing consumer business.
