About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Academic Counsellor to join our admissions team.

This is primarily a telesales and admissions counselling role, where you will be responsible for converting prospective students into successful admissions through effective counselling, cold calling, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
Generate admissions through cold calling, follow-up calls, and lead conversion.
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective students and parents.
Counsel students on courses, career prospects, eligibility, and admission procedures.




Convert enquiries into admissions by understanding students' educational and career goals.
Build and maintain a healthy admissions pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
Meet and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience - 1 to 2 years of experience in Academic Counselling or Telesales
Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid telesales and cold-calling experience.
