Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
Manage and monitor subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings.
Monitor manpower deployment and productivity of subcontractors.
Identify and minimize material wastage through proper planning, handling, and storage.
Verify material received at site and maintain proper records of consumption.
Assist in resolving day-to-day execution challenges to avoid delays.
Preferred Skills
Positive knowledge of building construction.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Experience in supervising civil works and finishing works.
Robust subcontractor and workforce management skills.
Basic surveying skills (Auto Level, Dumpy Level) will be an added advantage.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
