Job Title: Accounts Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Officer with 1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling GST/TDS compliance, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP/Tally Prime).
Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash book, bank book, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits.




Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Solid analytical and organizational skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
