Qualifications
Diploma or ITI in Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Certification in AutoCAD preferred.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in architectural or landscape drafting.
Experience in large residential, commercial or mixed-use , landscape projects is preferred.

Required Skills
Excellent AutoCAD drafting skills.
Solid understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
Knowledge of materials, levels, dimensions and construction methods.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
Organized file management and documentation practices.
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy and quality of drawings.
Timely completion of assigned documentation.
Number of drawing revisions due to drafting errors.
Compliance with office CAD standards.
Effective coordination with consultants.
Proper maintenance of drawing records and revisions.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays (1st & 3rd): Working as per office policy.

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per month
