What You'll Be Doing
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
Recruit for Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, internal databases, and advanced Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
Screen candidates for technical, communication, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
Build strong relationships with consultants and candidates.
Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.

Required Skills & Experienc
e3+ years of US IT Recruitment experience
.Robust experience working with Implementation Partner
.Robust experience working with C2C,



W2 and 1099
.Excellent understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle
.Robust sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search
.Experience recruiting for Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ERP, Data, AI/ML, Software Development, QA, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and other technical roles
.Strong verbal and written English communication skills
.Experience working in a quick-paced staffing environment
.Ability to prioritize multiple open requirements simultaneously
.Self-motivated with minimal supervision
