About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, a positive understanding of various job portals, and the ability to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with candidates, managing hiring processes, and contributing to overall HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic screening interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post and manage job advertisements on various job portals.




Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring methodologies.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
Ability to screen and assess candidate profiles effectively.
Basic knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
