Aspira Tech Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced and agile HR & Business Development Manager who can manage core HR operations while also leading the marketing team, driving business development, monitoring sales performance, and handling final sales closures.

This role is ideal for a qualified who has robust people-management skills, business development experience, leadership abilities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
Manage payroll-related activities and salary coordination.
Handle employee leave management and attendance-related matters.
Collect and review daily work reports from employees.
Monitor employee performance and productivity.
Coordinate with management regarding employee-related matters.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Marketing Team Leadership
Lead and manage the marketing team.
Set and monitor individual and team targets.
Track daily activities, lead follow-ups, and performance.
Monitor target achievement and conversion rates.
Guide, motivate,



and support marketing team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
Take necessary actions to improve team performance.

Business Development & Sales Closing
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate and follow up with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions.
Manage business negotiations and client discussions.
Handle and close sales opportunities.
Achieve individual and team business targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR, Business Development, Sales, or Team Leadership.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
