We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Travel Executive for our tour operator company specializing in international travel. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end handling of international travel requirements including itinerary planning, vendor coordination, bookings, and visa documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Design and customize international tour itineraries based on client requirements
Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies) across various countries
Negotiate competitive rates with international vendors (hotels, transport, sightseeing, etc.)
Handle end-to-end bookings – flights, hotels, transfers, and activities
Manage visa documentation and application processes for multiple countries
Ensure accurate costing and timely submission of proposals
Maintain solid relationships with global suppliers and partners
Provide excellent communication via email and calls with international vendors




Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot travel-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–5 years experience in international travel / tour operations
Strong knowledge of international destinations & routing
Experience working with DMCs and global vendors
Hands-on experience in visa documentation (Schengen, UK, USA, etc.)
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Valuable negotiation and costing skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and travel tools

Preferred
Experience in handling group tours + FIT (Free Independent Travelers)
Prior experience in a tour operator company

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
