Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Capability Development
Partner with business leaders to identify current and future capability requirements.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and build annual learning roadmaps aligned to organizational goals.
Develop role-based learning journeys and competency development frameworks.

Learning Design & Facilitation
Design and develop technical, sales, leadership, managerial, and behavioral learning programs.
Create learning content, facilitator guides, assessments, case studies, and learning toolkits.
Facilitate workshops and learning interventions across employee segments.
Leverage classroom, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning methodologies.

Program Management
Manage end-to-end execution of learning initiatives, certification programs, academies, and leadership development interventions.
Coordinate with business leaders, subject matter experts, OEM partners, external trainers, and learning vendors.
Ensure timely delivery, governance, and adoption of learning programs.

Talent & Leadership Development




Support competency mapping, career architecture, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Drive Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and high-potential talent development programs.

Learning Analytics & ROI
Track learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, dashboards, and business impact metrics.
Measure capability improvement, certification outcomes, productivity gains, and learning ROI.
Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
