Job SummaryWe are looking for a energetic Telecaller to support our Insurance Process team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, generating leads, explaining insurance products, and coordinating follow-ups to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate and qualify leads for insurance products.
Explain policy features and assist customers with basic queries.
Schedule follow-ups and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Prior experience in the Insurance/BFSI domain is preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
