Job Description:
Administering the Attendance details of the sales employees.
Tracking Sales employees daily productivity.
Preparing the Daily & Monthly reports.
Prior experience on Sales dashboarding & lead management
Able to prepare sales data.
Should monitor sale automation
Valuable knowledge on creating/preparing dashboards/reports using formulas and macros
Ensure manual records are accurately maintained and updated regularly in line with data protection.
Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
Co-ordinate with Finance to make location wise /product wise /channel wise PNL
Monitor Inventory of packing materials & finished goods on consumer packs
Track the amount spent on brands and analytics
Requirement:
Advanced MS Excel skills.
