Key Responsibilities
Build and engage an active sports community.
Organize tournaments, workshops, and member events.
Welcome current members and ensure a great customer experience.
Coordinate with coaches and operations teams.
Gather customer feedback and improve engagement.
Promote memberships and upcoming activities.

Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in customer engagement, community management, or events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust event coordination abilities.
Passion for sports and fitness.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from sports clubs, gyms, fitness brands, hospitality, events, retail, or community-driven organizations will be highly preferred.
