We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions across creative, marketing, and sales functions, along with strong knowledge of various hiring platforms.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Understand job requirements and align with hiring managers
Close positions within defined timelines
Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through:
Job portals (Indeed, free job portals)
LinkedIn sourcing
Employee referrals and networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Shortlist candidates as per role requirements
Coordination & Follow-ups
Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Follow up with candidates for feedback and joining
Reporting & MIS
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases




Generate basic reports using MS Excel
Track hiring metrics and pipeline

Key Requirements
1–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Robust working knowledge of:
Indeed and free job portals
LinkedIn sourcing and hiring tools
Referral-based hiring
Experience hiring for creative, marketing, and sales profiles
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data tracking, reports)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment

Timely closure of open positions
Quality of shortlisted candidates
Maintaining solid candidate pipeline
Effective use of job portals and sourcing channels
Smooth coordination and hiring experience
Accuracy in reporting and recruitment tracking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
