Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food as per SOPs.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain caf hygiene.
Operate POS, handle billing, and manage cash transactions.
Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards.
Senior Barista: Supervise shift operations, train team members, and support the Caf Manager.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
Barista: Minimum 1 year of relevant caf/QSR experience.
Senior Barista: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with team handling exposure.
Positive communication skills and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
