Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice (blended) support.
Deliver exceptional customer service to international clients.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




Meet productivity and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong customer service attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech/MCA Freshers are not eligible.
Candidates pursuing regular college must provide a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Applicants should not have any examinations scheduled in the next 4–6 months.
