Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Test Engineer with 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in manual testing, test planning, defect management, API/integration testing, and exposure to Tricentis Tosca or similar automation tools. The role involves working closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure high-quality software releases.Key Responsibilities
Develop test strategies, test plans, and release testing approaches.
Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
Execute Functional, Exploratory, Regression, and Risk-Based Testing activities.
Perform API, Integration, and Data Validation Testing to ensure end-to-end business process quality.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
Support and maintain automated test suites using Tosca or similar automation tools.
Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers,



Product Owners, and stakeholders within Agile/Scrum teams.
Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and release-readiness updates.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of proven experience in Software QA and Testing.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) from a recognized institution.
Robust experience in Manual Testing and Software Quality Assurance.
Expertise in:
Functional Testing
Exploratory Testing
Regression Testing
Risk-Based Testing
API & Integration Testing
Data Validation Testing
Ability to create test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria.
Solid defect management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
Experience with Tosca or comparable test automation tools.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or simil
