Looking for MRD (Medical Record Department) Executive to manage, maintain, and safeguard patient medical records in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Manage and maintain patient medical records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
Retrieve and provide medical records to authorized personnel as needed
Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to update and correct medical records.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of medical documentation
Maintain accurate records of medical records activities and transactions.
Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations in handling medical records.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
