IoT Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented IoT Developer with solid expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Internet of Things (IoT) platforms for connected devices and intelligent infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IoT ecosystems, industrial communication protocols, embedded technologies, and real-time data processing. In this role, you will design and implement scalable IoT solutions using Java/JDK, the Equinox OSGi framework, BACnet and Modbus protocols, Bluetooth technologies, and data visualization tools.

You will play a key role in delivering reliable IoT platforms that enable device connectivity, real-time analytics, automation, and data-driven insights across industrial and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

IoT Platform Development & Architecture
Design, develop, and support scalable IoT applications using Java/JDK and Equinox OSGi.
Develop modular and adaptable applications using OSGi plugin-based architecture.




Design edge processing solutions for local device-level computing.
Implement device management solutions for monitoring, configuration, and firmware updates.
Design APIs and backend components for device communication and remote connectivity.

Connectivity & Industrial Protocols
Develop BACnet integrations using the Serotonin BACnet library.
Implement Modbus RTU/TCP communication using the j2mod framework.
Integrate Bluetooth (BLE and Classic) functionality using the BlueZ stack.
Ensure secure and reliable communication between edge devices and cloud platforms.
Manage protocol conversion and data standardization across multiple systems.
Implement communication recovery, reconnection, and fault-tolerant mechanisms.

Database & Storage Management
Develop and maintain embedded database solutions using HSQLDB.
Optimize database storage, indexing, and query performance for time-series data.
Design database schemas for sensor data, d
