Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build robust client relationships. You will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and supporting business growth. Common responsibilities for entry-level BDE roles include lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.




Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Internship or certification in Sales/Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
