Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Financial Modelling Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Business Finance within an IT/ITES organization.

The candidate must possess solid expertise in developing financial models, analyzing business performance, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning. Hands-on experience with Power BI is mandatory, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The ideal candidate should also be adaptable to AI-driven finance tools and automation,



with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Candidates based in Nashik or willing to relocate to Nashik are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modelling
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic business decisions.
Build three-statement financial models (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
Prepare revenue, cost, profitability, pricing, and investment models.
Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and what-if analysis.
Support business case preparation and financial feasibility studies.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual vs Forecast) and provide actionable insights.
Analyze financial and operational KPIs to support business performance.
